Wow..... this is the first large cake I bake and decorate. My mom's god daughter was turning 15 and as a gift, she wanted to gift to her the cake for her birthday party. So as a favor she asked me if I could bake the cake. At first I was not too sure, I had never done a large cake, let alone a quince añera cake! I truly did not feel confident nor did I believe in a million years that I could accomplish such a challenge. This Challenge was fulfilled! I felt very proud on myself and realized what I can be capable of. Most important, Destiny liked her cake and the guests enjoyed a good slice of cake.
